AFC Carpet Services is fully insured for general liability and property damage. Our liability is limited to the cost of re-cleaning or the amount paid for the service, whichever is less. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence.
We stand behind our work and strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve any issues. This may include re-cleaning at no additional charge, subject to our assessment of the situation.
